PCB Depaneling machine, PCB singulation, linear and circular knife

The machine is manufactured to separate the V-cut PC panel boards to prevent bending stress in max width of 420mm. Equipped with 4 position switches to determine the required cutting width.

Equipped with photo-electric security sensor, the operation of machine will be terminated to prevent working hazard by the moving knife.

One re-sharpenable roll-knife (Up side) and one straight knife (low side) is used. The distance between the knives can be easily adjusted by the two knobs underside the straight knife.

Un-skillful personnel can easily operate the machine. Minimal maintenance is required. In case of the sensitive components (such as SMD capacitor) are near the V-cut, would suggest using straight knife model HS-JAW series.

NTG-4, NTG4A
 Economical production of PCBs in panel boards is often put at
risk at the separation stage by the "breaking" method because
components and strip conductors are often damaged.

In order to reduce bending tension during PCB separation, the
manual machine "NTG-4" and the motorized machine NTG-4A
depanel prescored panels by means of two round knives.
Both knives and guiding blades can be continuously adjusted in
height. The ergonomic construction of the machine enables a
high output rate.

The upper knife of the motorized machine NTG-4A is driven by a
toothed belt. This enables non tiring and efficient working. The
drive has a forward and return motion and it’s speed is
continuously adjustable.
The depaneling machines NTG-4 and NTG-4A are characterized
by their simple operation and ergonomic design.
The new design of the machines with an opening of
87 mm enables the depaneling of panelboards which are
assembled with components up to 47 mm height right up to
the scoring line!
