HS-8 PCB lead cutter, manual handling

Economical solution to trim the PCB leads after soldering. Equipped with re-sharpenable tungsten carbide cutting blades. with reversible PCB tracks for both the range of PCB thickness 0.8mm ~1.2mm and 1.6mm ~2.0mm

HS-66 Automatic PCB lead cutter, automatic feeding.

Feeding speed adjustable up to 3 M/minute. with warp pregention device to ensure no damage on board during trimming. PCB pallet carrier unnecessary. PCB width Up to 300mm.

HS-22 Double blade PCB lead cutter, automatic feeding with brush.

Offset double blades design to trim the extra long leads automatically and with additional brushing system. The effective cutting area up to 420mm . The PCB residues after soldering and leads adhere on the boards after trimming can be easily removed by the equipped brush system.
Equipped with adjustable warp correction device in which correct the warp condition of PCB before soldering process.
